Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations and tools.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Document production data accurately and report any anomalies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime.
