Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with high precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Assist in loading trucks and unloading incoming freight.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
