Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials between warehouses and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to assist in inventory management.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
