Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery: Safely run forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to achieve daily productivity targets and ensure smooth operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure functionality.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
