Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse facility.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery using proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations (OSHA compliance).
- Assist in quality control checks before shipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (shifts are typically 8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling paperwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
