Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using barcode scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills (ability to read labels and scan codes).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to loading docks).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
