Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the logistics chain. You will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, and distribution of products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Organize stock in the warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Assist in packaging orders for shipment with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling cash (if applicable).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
