Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report inventory shortages or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
