As a key player in our supply chain team, you'll ensure accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintain our high standards of operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
