- Resolve billing and account issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Update CRM records with precise transaction details
- Collaborate with billing team for payment processing
- Meet weekly performance metrics for call quality
- Train on proprietary payment systems (2-day onboarding)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM)
- Valid work authorization in the US
