Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance under clinical supervision
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Administer medications as per physician orders

Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
