Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
