Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the scalable architecture for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model bias mitigation, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness and accuracy in production environments.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
