Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
