Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurately reflected in our system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required.
