Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining quality standards
- Manage inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
