Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment through daily sanitation routines
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
