Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy for scanning equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
