Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality control and document discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
