Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments
- Organize inventory using warehouse management systems
- Prepare orders for shipment with proper packaging and labeling
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
