Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Support shipping/receiving processes and coordinate with transportation teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
