Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Receive and inventory incoming shipments with attention to detail
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and clean workstations
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with breaks
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts (optional but preferred)
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
