Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices to manage inventory.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Perform basic data entry and verify shipment details.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
