Responsibilities
- Sort, label, and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock management
- Participate in regular warehouse audits and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
