Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and resolve shipping issues promptly
- Utilize handheld scanners to update inventory records in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed
