- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for local retailers
- Operate forklifts (training provided) for loading/unloading trucks
- Maintain clean and OSHA-compliant workstations
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Northside facility
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon/weekend shifts
