Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading
- Complete digital inventory reports via mobile devices
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital tasks
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island Dr location
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
