Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
