Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
