Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and verify incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or loss.
- Assist in packaging and shipping orders to customers in a timely manner.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and counting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in dock doors.
