Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure accurate delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotation to minimize waste and errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Valid driver's license (if required for driving duties).
