Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery using proper packaging techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and increase productivity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we offer training.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
