Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logging systems.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we offer paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of accuracy.
