Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure workspace.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
