Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions if required for loading/unloading.
