Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a tidy workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as trained.
- Assist with order picking and packing for retail distribution.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory levels and workflow.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and packing slips.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational procedures quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
