Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Sort, count, and verify merchandise against shipping lists to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet customer deadlines.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork related to stock movement and shipment details.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours.
