Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise accurately according to customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring freight safety during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
