Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently according to OSHA guidelines.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with precision to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a 5S compliant work environment to ensure safety, organization, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with data entry systems.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
