Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required to get to the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
