Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our distribution center runs smoothly. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of inventory, ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Organize storage areas and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
