Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Perform daily quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with company housekeeping standards.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of goods for distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills are required for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
