Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse records.
- Packaging: Properly package goods to ensure safe delivery, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
