Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
