Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock levels using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) and update inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and correct labeling.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we offer training for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is highly desirable.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license (clean driving record) is required.
- Work Ethic: Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
