Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your accuracy and speed will directly impact our delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Unload delivery trucks and inspect incoming merchandise for damage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
