Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and update warehouse management systems in real-time.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with quality control checks and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but willing to train).
