Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning, labeling, and organizing stock in the warehouse.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all orders are accurate and ready for delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) preferred.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
