Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Unload delivery trucks and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available for various shifts, including nights and weekends.
