Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
